” My bag is from DKNY, which my parents got for me for my 19th birthday. It’s small and dandy, and the size doesn’t lend a lot of space to carry lots of things but it’s good and easy for just going around anywhere. Inside, I have this Yadah Powder Compact. I like this powder because it’s really cute and it actually covers really well! But it’s not the most long-lasting so I have to bring it with me to reapply for when I get oily… Speaking of being oily, I always carry around tissues with me so that I can blot my face with it before re-applying powder. I don’t want to get dirt and oil all over my powder puff, that’s disgusting!
Right now I have a Yadah sunblock tester with me, which I bring just in case I happen to forget to wear sunblock. Also, this Nyx Matte Lip Cream in Cannes— this is my favourite lipstick, because it’s so moisturising and is the only lipstick that I can apply without lip balm. So I’ll use this when my lips are feeling chapped. Then there’s MAC Lipliner in Spice… I like to use lipliners as lipsticks since it gives me the best control over the application, compared to some big applicators which get all over my lips. Also, it doesn’t smudge! And MAC lipstick in Taupe— which is a beautiful, neutral colour. I like my lipsticks to be on the browny side. And it’s moisturising for a matte lipstick, too, so it doesn’t look gross and cakey.
There are these testers from Victoria’s Secret, from when I went to pick out a body mist which I didn’t end up buying. And a receipt from MUJI for a face scrub, which I’ll be reviewing on Instagram. Then my Charles & Keith purse! Finally, I have a Missha Hand Lotion, Hello Kitty edition. I’ve learned from spending long hours in air conditioned rooms that my hands will get very dry and feel like paper, so I use this to make them soft. This is in the flavour ‘Cotton White’. It smells like tissues! “
